Civility Management Solutions (CivilityMS) is honored to share that the Georgia Army National Guard’s maintenance program has been recognized as the best in the nation, earning the Logistics Compliance Assessment Branch Award for excellence in the Command Maintenance Discipline Program (CMDP).

The award was presented during the Army National Guard G4 Logistics National Workshop and reflects outstanding performance in maintenance discipline, compliance, and operational readiness. While conferred at the command level, Georgia National Guard leadership emphasized that the foundation of this achievement lies in the disciplined execution of line-level Soldiers, supported by structured systems that reinforce accountability and continuous improvement.

Lt. Col. David M. Wimbush, Commander of the 110th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion and Deputy G4, highlighted the importance of soldier-level execution, noting that preventive maintenance is central to sustaining CMDP excellence.

A key factor in this recognition was Georgia’s Command Inspection Program, including its state maintenance Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The National Guard Bureau identified the SOP as among the strongest in the Army National Guard, and it is now being shared nationally as a best practice.

CivilityMS is proud to support and manage a contract environment that enables this level of standardization, documentation, and performance excellence. As a veteran-owned business, supporting readiness for those who serve—particularly in preparation for domestic emergencies such as hurricanes, floods, and other crises—is core to our mission.

The award was formally accepted by Colonel Jennifer Green, Senior Logistician for the Georgia Army National Guard, and Major Jordan Clower, Acting Surface Maintenance Manager. Their leadership, combined with the dedication of Soldiers and effective collaboration between government and industry partners, demonstrates what is possible when standards, systems, and accountability align.

CivilityMS remains committed to advancing compliance, readiness, and mission success alongside our government partners.
