Thomas J. Gurley is a seasoned business development and program management professional with over 20 years of leadership experience across federal government, private sector, and military environments. As a Business Development Consultant for Gurley & Associates, LLC, Thomas has helped socio-economic small businesses market their services and secure contract opportunities with federal and state agencies.
