Black Veteran Woman-Owned Firm Scores 5-year, $24 million contract with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)

Greenbelt, Maryland – Professional and Technical Services government contracting company, Civility Management Solutions (CivilityMS) was awarded a 5-year, $24 million contract with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Bureaus of Health Workforce (BHW), which was competed Full and Open, and not as a small business set-aside.

Under this agreement, CivilityMS will provide site visit travel and relocation logistics for National Health Service Corps (NHSC) scholars and Student to Service (S2S) participants. This includes providing counseling about approved travel and relocation guidelines and eligible expenses; managing participants’ travel and relocation allotments; and coordinating and preparing travel and relocation logistics.

CivilityMS will also be developing and maintaining an HRSA S2S Software Platform that facilitates the collaboration between the S2S program participants and travel coordinators and enforces the budgetary guardrails defined by the S2S program. The Scholar and S2S system will 1) enable Team CivilityMS to securely collect, maintain, track, and report on participant allotments, travel requests, relocation requests, and reimbursements; and 2) adhere to Federal Travel Regulations, NHSC Scholar Travel, Scholar Relocation, and S2S Relocation guidance; and 3) enable access and receipt by the Government upon request at the end of each month.
