The CivilityMS Story

Born at a kitchen table in August 2012, CivilityMS has grown from a vision of founder Laurie Sayles into a dynamic force in organizational transformation. Headquartered in Greenbelt, Maryland, with a strategic presence in San Antonio, Texas, we’ve built our reputation on a simple yet powerful premise: when respect and efficiency align, excellence follows.

From its earliest days, CivilityMS understood that success wasn’t just about winning contracts or hitting revenue targets—it was about building something lasting on the foundation of unwavering principles. Like the Marine Corps motto Semper Fi that inspired us, finding individuals who truly embodied that spirit of absolute fidelity proved to be one of our greatest challenges.
