Reginald Barbour (Reggie), joined Civility Management Solutions in 2023 as its Bookkeeper. Reggie has over 20 years of government contract accounting experience. My experience ranges from working with Large to Small business government contractors in the Metropolitan DC area. I’ve also provided out-sourced accounting services in a wide range of areas consisting of accounting system set-ups, monthly closings, statement preparation, indirect rate calculations, DCAA Audits, payroll processing, RFP Pricing, budgeting, along with many other tasks.
