Washington, DC (September 2014) – CMS received an award to provide training on “How to Interview a Witness” for the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Civil Rights, for their 10 regional offices nationwide.

Our Law Enforcement and Security staff will train the Office of Civil Rights in 1) Principles of Investigative Interviews; 2) Dependability of Interviewing a Witness; 3) Being Fair During an Interview of a Witness; and 4) The Risks of Interviewing a Witness.
