Civility Management Solutions (CMS) awarded subcontract from PREMIER Management Corporation to support U.S. Department of Transportation, Chief Financial Office

Washington, DC (December 2014) – CMS awarded  subcontract from PREMIER Management Corporation to provide support to the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, Chief Financial Office.  CMS manages the Grant Post Award Specialist position with responsibilities of completing required financial analysis of budgets, expenses and financial reports, to include reconciling grant invoices, payments and closeout, and an Administrative Specialist position with responsibilities of supporting the staff and the Grants Officer by using Microsoft Outlook, GrantSolutions and the GMO HelpDesk.
